All group fitness classes are included in the Gold Membership, while the Bronze Membership only includes aquarobics - or you can just pay casually.

-  A class for everyone incorporating a blend of Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates to strengthen your entire body. A class of controlled breathing combined with stretches, moves and posses focuses the mind and has long lasting effects on your body’s mobility, strength and flexibility. Instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

-  A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Resistance based training to improve both bone health and core strength. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. (Pump Express is a 45minute class).

BOXING - A combination of boxing for fitness and bodyweight exercises to challenge you

YOGA - Classes will be based on both Vinyasa Flow or Hatha style yoga. Nurturing classes for all levels of experience designed to align body and mind. Teachers will guide you to move with your breath, helping you to strengthen and stretch muscles, mobilise and stabilise joints, improve balance and quieten the mind.

PILATES - Improve your core strength and build longer and leaner muscles with this class.

AQUA - Aerobics in the water. Work at your own intensity and pace with or without resistance and no impact. Great for all levels and ages. (Deep Water Aqua is the same, except held in the deep end. Buoyancy belts and noodles are used, so you don’t have to know how to swim. The Deep Water EXP during the day is a 30minute class).
