About Us
The UniSA Karate Club is affiliated with the International Karate Gojukai Association (IKGA). Whether you are a beginner, or have previous martial arts experience, our club welcomes all new members. Membership is open to UniSA students, staff, alumni and the wider community. Our chief instructor has over 30 years of experience in traditional Goju karate.
Training
The club trains at UniSA City East Campus in Brookman Hall every Monday and Wednesday night from 6:30-8:00pm.
Fees
To join the club you must be a current [Team UniSA member](free for UniSA Students and $30 for UniSA Staff, Alumni and community members).
Club training fees are:
$100 per semester (6 months) for UniSA students
$175 per semester (6 months) for UniSA staff, alumni and community members, plus UniSA Sport membership. Please see the How to Join the Club page for more details.
Our club offers two weeks of free training before sign-up. All you need to bring is casual sports clothes.
