Training

UniSA City West campus, Pridham Hall:

  • Monday: 6:00pm-7:30pm - Aerobic/Distance
  • Tuesday 6:00pm-7:30pm - Power/Speed
  • Thursday: 7:00am-8:00am - Power/Speed
  • Friday: 6:00pm-7:30pm - Sprint/Social/Relays

Friday nights are more social with trainings normally finished with a friendly relay race followed by a group dinner nearby. Get a glimpse of our training by clicking >> Friday Night Training

This year we are lucky to have a large array of coaches, from Australian National swimmers to Stroke correction coaches. Looking to cover more distance and build up some endurance Monday nights are targeted for this. For swimmers looking to improve their overall technique Tuesday mornings are the sessions where this is focused on. Wanting to improve speed and power, Tuesday nights meet this cause.  Thursday mornings now focus on sprint improvement breaking down streamline form to aim for the perfect stroke.
