What do you love about working for UniSA Sport?
Working for UniSA Sport is a dream come true. The environment is like no other, as staff are actively engaged throughout the gym and available to assist gym members in whatever they need, whether this be teaching new exercises, providing a spot, or simply giving encouragement.

Why are you passionate about health and fitness?
I have always been passionate about helping people to be able to do the things they want to do. Being physically active is a big part of this, so I enjoy accompanying people on their journey to find their own love for health and fitness.

Area of specialty/expertise
I have a special interest in working with adults 50+. I place a great importance on posture and improving the movements we require for everyday life. If we can improve our quality of movement, we will reduce our chance of injury and therefore enable ourselves to move for life.
