The 2025 UniSport Nationals Distance Running Championships were recently held in conjunction with the iconic Gold Coast Marathon. Among the many standout performances, Team UniSA shone brightly, with five student-athletes competing across a range of distances.

Team UniSA finished 3rd overall in the men’s category, a fantastic achievement against strong competition from universities across the country. A special congratulations to Tiana Cetta, who delivered a brilliant performance in the women’s half marathon, claiming gold. Another highlight came from Hudson Miles, who raced superbly in the men’s 10km event, securing a silver medal

All five UniSA athletes showed exceptional grit throughout the event, representing the University of South Australia with pride and passion. Congratulations to our runners on an impressive Nationals campaign – we’re proud of your achievements!
