I'm not a UniSA Student, Can I Still Join?
Absolutely! We welcome everyone from everywhere at the UniSA Volleyball Club. You'll still need to purchase a UniSA Sport membership (an additional $30) and a Non-Student Volleyball membership then you'll be able to come join us at events and trainings!
Can I Join Socially?
Of course! The club is predominantly made of members who are just looking to play some volleyball for fun! Wednesday nights is the best option for this. We play timed, non-points games (scratch matches) but are looking to include a more diverse way of playing these games so keep an eye out on the Facebook Page for more information.
Although we play unofficial social games Wednesday nights, the club is not currently involved directly in any social competitions. While we do have many members that are involved in social comps asking around or searching for a social competition is your best option if you'd like to join in this type of competition.
Where and When Does the Club Play?
The club currently hold social trainings at the Magill campus stadium located next to the gym. We train on:
Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 9:00pm and
Thursday nights 6:30 - 9:00pm
*An additional training session for division players applies
Do you Enter into Competitions?
Yes! We often enter a Men's and Women's team into the Volleyball South Australia (VSA) Division competition, more information about trials and teams will be found on Facebook, Instagram and our front page. (Trials are now closed)
The club also supports intervarsity events including SA Challenge and UniSport Nationals and our brand new Intervarsity Division Competition!
How do I Join the Volleyball South Australia Competition?
To join the division competition with UniSA you must come attend the trial sessions. These are during our training times. (Trials are now closed)

- Wednesday 12th of February
- Thursday 13th of February
- Monday* 17th of February
- Wednesday 19th of February
- Thursday 20th of February
*Monday nights are held at Pridham hall from 7-9pm
**Additional trial dates may apply
Teams will be selected at the end of trials and members notified. Fees for division players will apply.

How Long Will My Membership Last?
Each membership last for the duration of that year eg. 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025.
Unfortunately this is due to other restrictions and we cannot make any changes to this.
How Can I Stay Up to Date With Club and Event Information?
We like to keep it simple here at UniSA Volleyball you can find all the upcoming information on our Facebook page and Instagram posts, make sure to give us and the content a like so you'll see it in your feed.

Is There a Free Try Option?
Yes, we offer a few different trial options! All of these are during our regular training times.
Our come and Try's will be every Wednesday for the whole month of March!
We also offer free Come and Try's during the middle of the year for Clubs Fest so keep an eye out for those dates!
